Tips to Cheer up

Smile more
Take a walk
Stand up and sit up straight
Do a small good deed - feed someone's meter, or pay the toll or coffee shop bill of the person behind you.
Say thanks - For an instant brightener, think of something or someone you are thankful for.
Take a few deep breaths
Think of or play on of your favorite songs.
