A vegan is a person who
does not eat or use animal products, including eggs and dairy.
A vegetarian is a
person who does not eat meat, poultry, or fish, with or without
dairy products, such as honey and/or eggs.
A pescatarian is a
vegetarian who also eats fish.
A pollotarian is a
vegetarian who also eats chicken.
Incidentally, the Vegetarian Society says there are levels of
vegetarians, such as Lacto-ovo-vegetarian eats both dairy
products and eggs. This is the most common type of vegetarian
diet. Lacto-vegetarian eats dairy products, but not eggs.
Ovo-vegetarian eats eggs, but not dairy products.
